Beth Deloach MOT, LOTR
Owner/ Occupational Therapist
Beth received her B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Southwestern Louisiana in Lafayette, Louisiana and her Masters in Occupational Therapy from Texas Woman's University in Houston, Texas. Beth has 25 years experience in Occupational Therapy in the school system, early intervention (Early Steps), and private outpatient pediatric therapy. She works with a variety of children's disorders including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down syndrome, sensory processing disorder, feeding disorders, and developmental delay among other disabilities. She applies many treatment approaches such as Handwriting Without Tears, Sensory Therapy, and Reflex Integration Therapy.
Mallory Babin MHSOT, LOTR
Occupational Therapist
Mallory was born and raised in Houma, LA. She attended UL Lafayette from 2014-2018 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. While at UL, worked as the Office Assistant/Office Tech here at Deloach Therapy. She then moved to Augusta, GA where she earned her Masters of Health Science in Occupational Therapy from Augusta University in Georgia. Mallory has been with Deloach since 2021. Mallory was inspired to pursue this career by her younger sister who has Down syndrome. Mallory has experience working with feeding difficulties, behavioral issues, fine motor difficulties, sensory processing and reflex integration.
Leslie Dutreil, COTA/L
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Leslie was born and raised in New Orleans. She earned her Occupational Therapy Assistant degree from Delgado Community College in 2008. Since then Leslie has gained 13 years of experience as a COTA, and 10 years specifically in Pediatrics. Leslie has always loved working with kids and works in the areas of outpatient, school system and early intervention. Leslie has experience working with feeding difficulties, reflex integration, visual processing and motor difficulties and coordination difficulties..
Elizabeth Landreneau
Physical Therapist
Lizzy was born in Austin, Tx and raised in Orlando, FL. She attended St. Edwards University in Austin, Tx from 2006-2010 where she played on the volleyball team and received her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2012. Following graduation she moved to Cape Coral, Florida where she worked at Lee Center for Sports Medicine. In June 2014 she married Kevin who is also a Physical Therapist. Lizzy and Kevin moved to Kevin’s hometown of Youngsville, LA in 2016. They have two sons Luke and Drew. She began working for Deloach Therapy Services in March 2022. She has experience working with babies with Torticollis, developmental delays, ambulation difficulties, muscle weakness, balance difficulties, toe walking and many more.
Victoria Pfeffer, MOT, LOTR
Occupational Therapist
Victoria received her Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from The University of St. Augustine Health Science Center in Austin, TX and her undergraduate from University of Louisiana at Lafayette. A few fun facts about Victoria are that she has a German shepherd, is married with a beautiful son Winston, loves to travel, she's a big foodie, and loves be with family and friends! Victoria has been with Deloach since 2022. Victoria has experience working with feeding difficulties, sensory processing, fine motor difficulties, behavioral issues, and reflex integration.
Olivia Wimberly, MOT, LOTR
Occupational Therapist

Olivia was born and raised in Lafayette, LA. Olivia graduated from Lafayette High, attended LSU for undergraduate with a business degree and attended LSU HealthScience Center for her Master's in Occupational Therapy. Interesting facts about Olivia are she worked for DeLoach as a therapy tech/office staff before attending OT school and she is getting married in October this year! She has been working as an OT since summer 2025.

Emily was born and raised in Lafayette, LA. Emily attended St. Thomas More High School, University of Louisiana at Lafayette in Exercise Science and University of St. Augustine Healthscience Center in Austin, TX where she graduated summer 2025. Emily has been working for Deloach since November 2025.
